What is your return policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 3 days after reception of the artwork to return it. Provided the artwork is still in the same condition, we will reimburse you fully, although it is your responsibility to cover return postage.

Import Taxes

If you are shipping internationally, please bear in mind that you may be liable for import duties and VAT.

Artworks are usually subject to import VAT at a reduced rate. Check with your local tax authority for more details. Import taxes are collected by the shipping company at the time the package clears customs. we are not involved in calculating or collecting import taxes.

Can I pick up the work in person?

The artwork is available for pickup from the workshop in Clarens, Switzerland.

You can choose to pick up the artwork in person by selecting the option in-store pickup during checkout. In this scenario no shipping costs will be charged.

If you choose in-store pickup, we will contact you once your order is confirmed to coordinate timing and logistics.

How can I track my order?

After dispatching the artwork, we will keep you up to date via email, including sending out shipping confirmation and any tracking numbers.
